Who Installs It?
We typically handle installation with our trained techs, but customers or their preferred service technicians can also install it with guidance from our team.
We offer full-service installation by our dedicated IQ technicians, ensuring correct configuration and optimal device placement. However, if your team or a preferred service partner would rather handle the install, we’ll provide all the necessary support and documentation. This flexibility ensures you’re in control of how the solution is rolled out in your facility.
How Its Mounted
DIN-rail mounting & terminal connections.
Atlas IQ devices are DIN-rail mounted and are installed close to your equipment. The installation process involves some basic wiring to tie the IQ device into your machine’s key data points. After physical setup, the device automatically begins transmitting data through the integrated cellular connection—no need for IT network changes or access to your internal intranet.
Setup & Access
Login creation & instant access to real-time data.
Once the hardware is in place, we take care of the rest. We’ll create secure login credentials for each user you designate, and configure the app and dashboard views based on the specific machine and metrics being tracked. From there, your team can log in via desktop or mobile app to begin monitoring real-time data, reviewing equipment trends, and receiving proactive alerts.
